how to get over fear

hey! I don't have anyone to ask about this cause no one knows but I have a very deep rooted fear to vomit (emetophobia) and it's affecting my life cause I physically can't eat anywhere but at home without feeling nauseous, and scared of others being sick/getting food poisoning.
btw I always had this fear (the vomit itself) it started from my brother when I was 4 when he vomited all over me in the car. But it became a real problem when 2 years ago I had a food poisoning incident from an engagement party and since then I physically can't eat in restaurants/places without pure fear of having food poisoning.
the only thing I can slightly handle is cafe food (coffee, bagels) but I have to eat while walking? it's really weird. Plus im in uni and I really don't want this fear to continue cause its driving me insane, plus im horrified to drinking, eating out in bars/clubs etc (I haven't even done it but still)
It's actually affecting my life cause I never go out now, just Uni, home and driving lessons. Please anything can help! (plus I dont know if this a phobia or just a fear so..)

I’ve summed it up to my body requesting me to get a good fucking before I can’t get pregnant for a few days.like it’s begging ya to shove something up there so don’t worry it’s nothing serious. Girls… does any of you experience period pain (espesially around your genital/anus) when you're not on period? I do, and while it's not everyday but I'm afraid if it's something serious. The scale of pain is around 3-5 out of ten (with ten being the most painful that I'd cry).
I'm considering telling my mom but I'm afraid she won't take it seriously and even if I try getting it checked, I'm afraid it's not free and I don't have any money yet.
Please if any of you experience this, tell me is yours turn out to be a bigger problem, or maybe how to solve this issue

- character: I lowk don't remember which one is the MC I think it's the the older one. they're both are highschooler, I don't remember what mc do but he constantly dotes on the younger ml, who is short and tiny for his age. I think he's 2 grade younger. he always wore uniform 2 size bigger since he's gonna grow into it. the younger one also play baseball.
pls I can't find it. I want to see the little guy grow since they foreshadow him being bigger than the mc
