I don't think peace is something we can maintain frankly, not the peace everybody hopes for at least. A human reaches peace when they stop trying to make it a permanent state, when they understand that they're not obliged to destroy themselves on every thing that causes pain.

The best thing one can do to achieve anything even close to 'peace' so to say, would be to learn how to emotionally regulate oneself, learn how to be self aware. Do the inner work with accountability and sincerity.

I meant to ask how we can educate other people about world peace. 'Cuz like everytime I open the news, it's all just painful stuff.
