I think I wanted to be a primary/secondary teacher but then it clicked to me I'd have to deal with children and at that point I had already decided I simply cannot be surounded so many different types of kids for such a period of time.

I want to be a professional artist .. but now i realized even as a hobby how expensive it was . In addition to Realizing that if im not "Big" big in that profession .. i wont make money either , especially in my country where ppl dont care to buy stuff like that , nor do we have a course to pursue arts .. thus i ended up taking business course .

Well the popular girls in my class don't seem to gaf about getting caught but maybe once i tried skipping and I had to write a damn apology letter to the teacher about how "I wont repeat my ignorant actions" and yeah I learnt my lesson... but the popular ppl just make it seem so cool and fun, so I'm here sitting in class listening to the teacher r...... reply

Hmmm "fighting to maintain comfort of capitalism" feels off. I mean, yes, everyone likes and pursues comfort to some level, and comfort is good to an extent. But it's an overly simplified reason.
I think what millionaires and leadership level systems have done a good job with eroding society using capitalism is magnifying disparity and privilege...... reply
I think it's fine but the instrumental lowkey could've been better. I can't explain it, the song feels gnarlyfied in comparison to the Ed Sheeran Ver or maybe I'm just tripping. Also for some reasons Katseye have become a punching bag for both fans and their casual listeners ever since Manon left so you'll probably see alot more of it. reply
Folk Dancing. I give up dancing before I can even began coz I have unsupportive parents.

I used to dream about being wealthy. A huge house with a massive garden, a couple of cars... you know, the whole package.
Now my dream is much simpler: a small and cozy apartment, a little electric car and good health. I don't want to be wealthy... just want to be healthy, mentally and physically.

I wanted a reason to forgive my family so I can be able to bond with them like how 'normal' families are, but they still haven't presented me with that reason, neither I think they ever will, I will just be waiting for it, knowing it will never come to me. i've always wanted to be a professional ballerina. i might be romanticizing the field a bit but i know i always have it in me. whenever i think about how i cannot pursue it fills me with immeasurable sadness. i guess in this crumbling economy, unfulfilled dreams are just failed thoughts if luck and means are not present
tbh as someone thats lived on a farm and had family live on the kind of farm where its like your animals and your garden and you handle it all yourself, people don't love it. It's really hard work and even then you can't do it all yourself, even then you only live in any comfort by sharing stuff w like ur neighbours.

humans have always been materialistic and adopt things that bring that most ease and comfort. if that wasnt true then humans would stuck to being "animalistic" and simple. but weve always wanted more. the cultures we always fought hard to protect arent completely natural, the things we built, the jewlery weve made, the farming/agricultral practises...... reply
Totally agreee and we are so disconnected and distant from communities that we would rather have this status quo instead of fostering genuine relationships. I think it's also because capitalism numbs us from what other humans are going through because we are also suffering its consequences…we are too busy trying to survive. reply
Well yeah, but supermarket is still helpful for many like ppl with disabilities. Government should indeed put more money into agriculture than nuke bombs or more military power or their pockets. *cough* .
