“Your names will be Arjen and Arien.”We were just like any normal twins going to high sc...

  • Author: aidela,nicca
  • Genres: Shoujo / Webtoons / Fantasy

You start reading, it's fine, it's fun. An enjoyable storyline for all it's worth. The twins had spice, went through a lot and it was exciting to see them discover their heritage and talents. But then the sus sets in. For whatever reason marriage is brought up, specifically only for the sister and a whole side-plot begins where she's the center point of EVERYTHING. Her abduction, her perils in love or what have you, meanwhile her poor brother is left at the sidelines and is so irrelevant all of the sudden. If the author wanted to show how the siblings matured and grew to develop seperate identities, wow that was a poor ass job. The focus of the story was always the twins and their goal towards freedom and happiness, they wanted to explore this new world they were born into after being confined in a mansion for most of their childhood. Romance was so out of theme here. Especially a romance with their own fucking spirit animal... Why make the girl fall in love with him out of all the options?? Like it's so awkward because they SHARE their guardian, making the bro ok with it doesn't fucking help esp since he was always the one who admired their magic pocket puppy the most???? The chemistry is just not there, it's the same energy as talking to that one 2nd degree cousin at a cook-out that you don't remember. They left the brother in the dust with no significant journey of his own, and even if he did have one I wouldn't want to see it bc of how poorly the sister's was handled.
Never thought I'd say this but I hope the artist and author just give up, there's no hope.

It's been heavily implied for some time now, but Jonas doesn't have a drop of Winterwald blood in him, does he? The Duke tolerated his existence for Sofia's sake and when he grew into too much of a nuicance got rid of him. Either that or the Duke killed him on accident in some way which was misinterpreted by Franz.

somnia created a topic of I Hated It Even More

NAH, does anyone have spoilers? Does the drama get like, actually resolved and yk, is the story decent? Bc this shit is too much for my blood pressure ngl, and it's only been like 15 chapters for me. I can't stand Anita for not leaving her parents when she had every chance to. I hate her sister for acting all dizzy and confused when she should start using that useless gap between her lips. I hate the parents bc under their skin they're basically just vain little cartoonishly evil goblins.

Istg someone flay this man alive

Yea well the plot isn't anything new for sure, but still an ok time waster as of now.
You can tell tho that whoever created this lowkey copy-pasted a bunch of plot-tropes together. I don't understand why and how FL knows she plays the role of the villainess in a novel, it doesn't make sense and just feels like it's there to check another cliche off the mandatory shoujo trash list.

I'm actually gonna be disappointed if it's just plain ole amnesia. I hope for the drama, make it be og Fiona.

Istg if they ignore how similar MC looks to the duke and make a whole mystery out of it I'll turn into dust like a vampire in daylight.

I'm not sorry, it's just so funny seeing a 10 yr old anime child talk about making someone his cuncubine.
And another even younger twink powers up his dragonball-style aura to show who's the boss for disrespecting his equally a toddler wife.

Age them up ffs, why do they have to be toddlers for this?

At least you know she's proficient at turning people to god, bc her little plans really got me praying to the heavens, hoping she'll seek sense and follow through.

I'm starting to hate the whole magic thing. At first it was cool and edgy because she was desperate at the time, but that out-of-nowhere twin brother of Vael with his complimentary color scheme feels like a reach from the author. I'm sure they have an explanation, but I'm just not interested idk what to say.
To give myself and whoever else can relate the benefit of the doubt, she might yet use her powers in a significant enough way. It's lame for her to use her powers for yeeting clothes around and staring at Raphael when there's constantly something all up in her business though.

I wonder what'll become of Firentia and her reputation once she's older than her first timeline self, when she's out of foresight so to say. She's a smart girl with an intel network and what not, but it's not as op as knowing the future is it? One fumble, one unpredictable event after a perfect success streak is bound to cause trouble.

I'm kinda disappointed this didn't turn into more serious cosmic horror but ey, I don't mind more seori shaming either

Homegirl has to sift through trash to find a love interest and doesn't even have the option to pull her hands out bc they just keep clinging to her ass. At first I felt her pain but now I just can't relate to her, idk. They introduced all the love interests and my interest in the story flung itself out the window VERY fast.

somnia created a topic of Viola Tames the Duke

This is good enough for a quick shoujo snack, but I literally could not be bothered with all the brain-dead content in later chapters. Once the lovestory between FL and ML is basically over, bc it's set in stone they're getting engaged and married, the only thing that's left is Robina with her crazy shallow cartoon-network villainy. There's one or two good plot twists but then it's over. This def could've been shortened down to like 50 chapters without getting boring, but dragging this on doesn't help the vibes.

If you want to have a character with no sense of taste then just... don't give them a sense of taste?

somnia created a topic of Marielle Clarac no Konyaku

Marielle and Lutin remind me of Wendy and Peter Pan ngl. Marielle knows she could be on fun adventures with him if she let him steal her away, but she knows where her roots are and of the true dangers these whimsical adventures (with a guy whose identity she can't trust/comprehend fully) would bring, so she'll never choose Neverland. The love she has for Simeon may not be the stuff of fairy tales, but it is built on a solid foundation, accepting and trusting despite their flaws.

He's saying Etienne should be Emperor so lightly, but I highkey don't think he's cut out for that tbh. He just doesn't seem comfortable in that role first and foremost, and maybe I just forgot story bits but Etienne never struck me as being interested in the throne or showing let's call it "latent ruler potential".
Anyway, they're so gonna marry each other and rule together so this comment is useless, g'day to you people.

He don't got that dick, he's just a dick.
The sex feels icky bc it's just the top being manipulative, trying to isolate the bottom like a victorian housewife with no human rights. Is it that hard to write a possessive top with literally any redeeming qualities? He's fucking the bottom forcefully with such a punchable grin while declaring his stockholm-syndrome-inducing plans, meanwhile the bottom may be making that o-face but he is so obviously in turmoil over the whole situation, and all the sex scenes are just that.

I hope Ryan gets run over by a car, twice.
