You can tell those were rumours about Dohwa... Dohwa has been consistent since school? He always had those rumours about his life because people clamoured to be around him. He most likely has no time for anything because he decided to focus on clamouring out of poverty to improve himself. You see how he is so busy but still makes time for sooae. It seems like even readers misunderstand Dohwa. From what i can see Dohwa is an open book to everyone that actually has interest in him
it seems you didn’t read the comment properly. the commenter literally said that it’s not an issue per se that dohwa has had so many dating scandals. the issue here is that dohwa is not an open book at all. for him to keep what happened with the reporter from her is inherently dishonest. and for someone who experienced people talking about him and stuff in the past, he should know that if a scandal were to break out, suae would receive way more backlash than him. it would be utterly awful for her. so that makes his dishonesty even more messed up.
If we’re disliking characters because they’re not an open book, we have to dislike all the characters. They all have their reasons but to call one dishonest when everyone has hid something in fear of how others will see them but not the others is a bit much. i never said he was. but eunhyuk hasn’t withheld information that would put suae in a detrimental situation that could put her in serious danger, which is where the problem lies with donwa’s withholding. but i’m just waiting for the story to unfold further. i just want eun and suae to talk it out. and it seems from this new chapter, they’re definitely going to start to.
Off the top of my head, Eunhyuk didn’t tell her about the weirdo predator guy she went on a date with. If she wasn’t already sure she didn’t want to date him, she could’ve went to him assuming Eunhyuk was doing it out of jealousy.
And we’re assuming it’s going to put Suae in danger, that Dohwa hasn’t told her, and that a scandal will break out, etc. None of it has happened yet and it’s not only on him. Suae is a smart woman and knows the possibility of a scandal by inviting him over, hanging out with him, etc. They’re both making the choice to hang out regardless. i can’t tell if dohwa stans actually read this manhwa, but the author didn’t ruin dohwa’s character. dohwa has been crossing lines since HS. when eun and suae were together in HS, dohwa told eun, “the opportunity came to you first. but only cause you’re lucky. so i’m thinking to create some for myself this time. opportunity, i mean.” besides being a weird thing to say, he tried to “create opportunities” back then by constantly intervening. i could let it go to some extent since he was a teenager. but as an adult, he’s still trying to create “opportunities” for himself by making horrible choices. so if dohwa fr deleted the message, i wouldn’t be surprised. he hasn’t even told suae about the paparazzi following him, which could put HER in a worse situation than him if they’re caught. cuz he’s so scared of losing her, he keeps making reckless, and ultimately, selfish choices. he’s digging a deeper and deeper hole for himself.

in HS, when he got rejected, he got way too close to suae’s face. suae had to block his mouth with her hand. it’s literally drawn.
also, eunhyuk overheard the blind date saying the most vile stuff abt suae. that blind date was “nice”to suae’s face. but behind her back, the blind date took a phone call and talked abt her body and sexualized her. he said things like “he’ll check out” her body soon and that he doesn’t “date girls who are lacking in volume.” would you rather have had eunhyuk let that man continue to say those objectifying things abt her? did you want suae to find out AFTER getting with that man that all he was interested in was her body?

I'm taking the shoe scene as the start of a new beginning for Eunhyuk and Suae, rather than an ending between them. The shoes being white definitely is intentional on the author's part. White often represents new beginnings. The shoes box also being pink, representing love. It's a new beginning of their love.
