See this is why she annoys me. People be defending her and giving her the benefit of the doubt, which isn’t bad. But believing she’s totally right about everything is another story.
The woman finds it convenient to say whatever the heck she wants to say and just leave whenever. But when someone else tries to talk to her- she won’t let them say a word. It’s giving more signs of her beliefs being one-sided and just fueled by her own beliefs/emotions. Girl thinks it’s okay to rant, give advice, and be angry at people but doesn’t want to hear anything else in return. She wants people to listen to her but she won’t do the same in return. Had she been more calm in having a decent conversation even with the FL, she would be more believable.
Looking back and reading the previous pages of the comments makes me cringe at the soobin defenders lmfao. Their best excuse is that “author knew soobin is better so they had to throw in the sa.”
These blind mfs had rose colored glasses on when looking at soobin the entire time. They didn’t like the ML so they tried to sugarcoat anything soobin acted as. Soobin had showed plenty of signs that he crossed boundaries as a friend by meddling and being nosy about the mc’s relationships. Before the actual SA chapter happened, soobin had been around drunk mc before and was so close to kissing him until he was interrupted. He had several times showing that he was a ticking time bomb. His character and behavior reminded me of so many 2nd ML childhood friends that eventually snap and cross the line. Now the soobin defenders are mad and blame the author. It was not out of character. It didn’t come out of nowhere. They just didn’t want to admit to seeing the signs.
Ngl the side couple (glasses dude and short haired girl) don’t even upset me much. I just find them ridiculous. The short haired girl and the red head dude I don’t even take seriously, they were meant to be a bop couple from the start lmfao.

The only thing I wanna point out is that anyone who is actually a couple and chose to do the show, is genuinely dumb. Only the main duo is smart for being a fake couple. The show is literally called “couple breakers” (if I remember correctly). And it’s very obvious the show was meant to stir up drama and break couples up for entertainment. The purpose of the show was never to test how strong a relationship is and hope for everyone to last.
The rest of the real couples were all dumb because they mainly had their sights on fame, money, and too much pride in their relationship not falling apart. All the other couples clearly valued those things more than their own relationship.
This creator gotta be the most productive author I’ve ever seen lol. They always make great stories too, all the ones I read from them were fire. It’s pretty difficult to work on one story myself lmao, I get bored af after drawing 5 scenes
Who is this new Sammy character, dude sound like he’s giving bad advice and being sus with those looks. Telling someone advice to purposefully “spark up the relationship” by telling lies is a quick way to end a relationship. If I were Simon, and I found that my partner was lying to just spark things up, I’d feel annoyed af that my feelings are being played with.

So I remember reading this years ago and coming back occasionally wondering when this would finish. It looks like it’s completed with 156 chapters. But ngl that ending made me SICK.

So I skipped to the last two chapters and for whatever reason it looks like the MC is somehow blind now. MC and blondie get into a car accident, and he protects her. This is the second to last chapter. The final chapter is confusing, feels rushed, etc. Looks like MC and dark haired guy is married but heavily implied that blondie DIED from the car accident. He shielded the MC in that accident and MC got her sight back because his eyes were donated to her. So author basically set him up to die so she can see again TF. FOR WHAT REASON?? Literally everything was perfectly fine and the trio was chilling leading up to the ending chapters. But author suddenly threw in a random car accident and killed off the character. Even the Chinese readers were confused and called out how rushed and crappy that is.
Anyways in the final chapter, it’s just about dark hair and mc being together and there’s pictures on the wall in their house. There’s on picture of their wedding day and you see that they left a space for the missing blondie. The final chapters were so unnecessary. It didn’t even show them being able to grieve his death or no authors note for an explanation.

And how would that be? I checked the Chinese raws and it only has 156, 156 being the ending. Unless you’re talking about translated chapters into English? Which could be that they split the chapters into shorter pages
Oh I see the issue. There’s seasons so it restarts the number to one. (Season 1 chapter 1, season 2 chapter 2, etc). The chapter I’m talking about is officially titled 156. I’m talking about the last chapter of the last season.
Hmm.. My mistake. I double checked everywhere it still showed 509, 492 somewhere, somewhere translation stopped at 442. So I tried reading it based on your summary and realised it was indeed the end. Then I remembered the obsession of english translation sites to split the chapters into two or three parts.
Blondie is cute but I don’t feel too bad for him (just a tiny bit). It was pretty obvious that he knew that haewon wasn’t that interested in him. He would agree to things without informing haewon and he was married. He didn’t know that he was getting cheated on by his wife until later so technically he was cheating without that knowledge too.
