What are your guilty pleasure tropes and why?
I’m a sucker for hate-to-love/enemies-to-lovers. I’m guessing it’s because my mother really dislikes me and made sure I knew this even as a kid, so that trope feels healing to my inner child. I also like OP protagonists, who still appeal to me despite (or because?) being a recovered perfectionist lol lastly I’m often drawn to stories with pining, yearning, and/or regret…. I’m still unpacking why I like that trope so much.

Age gaps. Especially the Older Uke and Younger Seme.
I’m curious how the authors handle their age gaps. And also I admire all the PATIENCE these older uke has for the younger ones. 1 reply
