What is you all's daily routine like?? Honestly getting severe headaches nowadays because all I do is either use my phone (for reading. My biggest source of enjoyment is reading whether it be a manga, a book, a fanfiction, WHATEVER. I don't even doom scroll) or I'm on my laptop to do my work (because my degree and work requires me to do so)and this is seriously getting so exhausting. I NEED SOME RELIEF FROM MY EYE STRAIN. I try to meditate but someone explain why I am prone to getting an anxiety attack more whilst meditating then I'm prone to relaxing like at all. I do chores around the house and such ofc. AND I've tried reading less lol But it's still seriously exhausting me. YES I'm to blame for most of all of this but real books are too expensive for me to afford every month, (what with the speed I'm reading in) and I can't really stop my work so. I can't help but realize how much I am relying on my devices ALL THE TIME FOR EVERYTHING..... Anyways (≧∀≦)

I know it's a cliche but grades shouldn't define you. And besides just because you're bad at something doesn't mean you'll be bad at everything else. There must be something you're good at?
