Historical isekais stories don't utilize the fact they're historical as much as they should most of these stories could be set in the modern era and nothing would fucking change. Love triangle seems just glorified cheating. You could argue there's no labels, but I wouldn't trust a person who's two timing. They're actually cool on a surface level, like flirting and crap but it's not so good if they have sex. That's deeper.
