so i finally went to psychiatrist after keep self-sabotaging myself (everytime i plan to go i keep saying "I'll go tommorow" and never came at all). anydihway, my doctor said i have OCD, Mix Anxiety And Depressive Disorder. i mean i expected the OCD but not the depression one lol. i expected i only have 1 menta...... 6 reply
