Yeah, the title isn't a joke but it's not also meant to be too serious.
It's just that I wasted a whole week by wallowing in my depression when I could've used those days to do a lot of things that I love.
And now I'm showing up in theater practice tomorrow with 0 of my lines memorized. First time being a lead and I'm already screwing shit up, it's fantastic.
So, yeah, literally anything positive can cheer me up at this point. Thanks.

Well... I've been depressed for half of my life by now.
I switched a couple of therapists because the first one didn't fit my needs, the other said quite honestly that she couldn't be of any help for my problems and I've been "happily" seeing a psychiatrist for the last few years.
The thing is: they do help.
