I wanted to for the last year because there’s been lots of stress around family and social relationships at school, but then I think about all the things I want to do and haven’t done. For some reason though, I have no aversion to death at all. reply
If you really actually want to get out of therapy just tell them what they want to hear. Even if your lying or faking just put on act to fool the therapist and they'll believe you.
If you still want help then dont fake being alright that would make your parents not trust you anymore, it must be hard or embarrassing to talk about it but you should ...... 1 reply
it took me 6 therapists to find one I was comfortable with and who’s methods of helping were useful. It was a process but it was worth it. It sounds like the method your current therapist is using is doing more harm then good. Therapy is mentally draining but you shouldn’t constantly feel miserable afterwards. When I was younger I had gotten into a really toxic relationship and my boyfriend made everyone turn from me and isolated me. He did really horrible things. Around this time things with my family were rocky so I tried many methods but they either didn't work or I didn't go through with them.

I never tried it and probably never will. The thing is i always think about ending my life but I know that's impossible because I'm Muslim, so if I choose to escape life, I'll definitely can't escape hell. reply
Hi :)... I know life can be rough... May I know why you want to kill yourself? The truth is my mom died when I was 3... And I don't want you to do the same... I pray you would value life more... I can't say for sure what the best thing for you to do is, but I'll tell you something that really helped me. I learned to accept the "ugly" parts of myself, and learned that everyone has some that they're desperately trying to hide. I learned that I had to allow myself to properly grieve my past to move forward. I learned not to tolerate abusive/t...... reply
From my experience, therapy did help, but I also wanted it. I don’t know your exact circumstances, but maybe you are either consciously or subconsciously rejecting the therapy.
The only advise I can give you is to truly give therapy a try. They are trained to know how to talk to us without feeling judged or stupid for feeling certain things. reply
