How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)
Tbh all you need to do is move your body regularly and not sit or lay down all day. You should walk +8km a day and eat and drink water regularly. Also sleep properly too. This is a long one but it reduce me like 4kg in a week or two then I got lazy and lay on my bed all day gained it again lmaooo 2 reply

There are some easy changes you can make to your life that will help you lose weight, the most important thing is to stay in a caloric deficit but here are some simple lifestyle changes.

Doing this rn for my health and it’s mainly calorie maintenance. Get an app to track your calories and stick to it. Once you get a feel for how much each meal is you don’t have to track it all the time on the app cause you already have an idea. you can also try fasting (?) if that's what they call it. for this you need to differentiate hunger from craving food, you will only eat when you're hungry, means it doesn't have to be a 3 meals or more, just eat when you know you're hungry (HUNGRY! NOT STARVING!).

There are a lot of factors that go into losing weight to be honest. cutting food out or drastically restricting food can cause issues for your health in the future and you will regain it back. Try find the balance that works works for you. balance your meals as best you can with more protein to keep you from loosing muscle, drink water, cutting out...... reply
