"nazar utaar lo."(remove the evil eye) honestly idk, it's superstitious haha. and there's no scientific explanation to it.
take little bit of cotton and roll it in you palms in such way that it makes a long thread like shape. dip it in mustard oil thoroughly. ask someone or yourself take that oil dipped thread shape cotton (when you i say thread i...... 1 reply
I’m not really into superstitions but I’ve been getting a lot of witch craft and black magic on my fyp lately… maybe someone cursed u. Try going to a shaman or something reply
IG is lowkey one of the most messed up platforms that have zero empathy for people, because I just saw a reel of a gym dude flexing his gains but he had SH scars on his arms(healed btw) and the comment section was so disappointing because they only were discussing about his scars rather than what the reel was actually about, and I seriously saw a ...... reply
Y'all, I live in the Bible Belt and work in retail and I cannot tell you the number of times weirdo religious people have asked me if they can pray for me and then proceed to physically hold my arm without asking for permission. It’s so so so STRANGE and leaves me utterly baffled and incredibly embarrassed every time it’s happened. reply
I saw a video of a girl doing gym videos and she happened to have old SH scars and the comments were absolutely horrible (seeking attention, crazy, calling her weak). It’s so gross and completely thoughtless, twitter maybe a hellscape but instagram reels are not far behind

I personally had a really bad experience with a S/H victim that WOULD use his wounds to threaten me into doing what he wanted. does this mean I should view other victims this way? of course not. I understand that it's hard to overcome these experiences, maybe I understand that more than most people because I came in contact with it first-hand, but ...... 2 reply
miserable people will insult anything to make themselves feel better, whether its bout mental health or anything. they will use anything to put others down no matter how sensitive rhe matter is. reply
YES. And it's not only self harm, it's everything related to it. People LOOOOOOVVEEEE to talk about mental health and the importance of taking care of it, unless it crosses that line of what's considered gross, or disturbing, and weird. A person could talk about how maybe it's difficult for them to brush their teeth, get out of bed, take a bath, ea...... reply
Yeah, this is so real. People hide behind "it's dark humor" but mocking self harm victims isn't funny, it's just cruel.
Also just letting yk, the discord thing is usually traced back to groomers, adults talking to minors and creating that dependent relationship. But sometimes it's genuinely just mockery too, people using it as a punchline without ...... 1 reply
and even when they’re completely healed, people still find something to say about them. i feel ashamed when i have to wear shorts, because i know people will stare at my thighs and think im mentally crazy.

There's a funny little species of mites called Adactylidium. The mother gives birth to multiple females and one male inside her body. The male then mates with all his sisters before dying, and the females eat their mother from the inside out. And the cycle repeats. reply
im actually so fucking tired of posts pathologising dark romance series. Sure it's not the same as horror, but the whole point of it is that it's a book, a story. You can put it down, you can walk away, you can experience its events in your mind together with the main character on your own terms in an environment you have control of. Finishing a story that left you feeling empty is proof that you enjoyed and emphasize with it, it's a curse for me cause for the next few days after finishing it, I would cry and says I miss them but I can't read them the second time cause it won't be the same feeling when I first read it reply
