Specially with Korea, I always often say they're kinda cringey and hard to watch but I want more representations in TVs. The amount of influence Korea has in the world is insane, you got people genuinely wanting to be Korean to be "beautiful" Like it literally affected Asians beauty standard and fashion as a whole. Japan did too but it's not as impactful as koreas as majority of people thought anime were for children still.

I want more queer romance from k-dramas cus tons of people love them now. Like I want them to be written beautifully too not rushed like ball boy tactics did... A little disappointed in that one the episodes were so short too. I want the shounen ai, I haven't read lost in the cloud but genuinely I know it has gay angst and I feel maybe it'd be good representation too. Also they heavily butchered ORV so I don't have hopes, never watched it but from the trailer alone I can tell they tried to make it straight lol. Some ppl said the female characters who had powers or smth became a healer which wad generic roles for female characters

What is something insignificant, stupid, and totally meaningless to the plot that makes you roll your eyes every time you see it in a manga/webtoon?

Okay so I almost never really add questions, but I’m genuinely so curious as to whether or not we are getting our lists back. I’ve had my account for about 5-6 years now and my reading lists were in the thousands and I saw a lot of people saying it was getting fixed in batches and now people are saying they’re lost. I really want to see all my titles again but I don’t know if I have to strength to go through and try to find everything I marked especially because I almost never rated or tagged my stories. I got like 3-4 stories back that I’d read across the years and that was really about it.

okay I’m confused and i’m irritated bc i’ve been waiting patiently and I keep stalking all of the updates about this shit. i need to know if we are fr not getting are list back bc some ppl are saying that we shouldn’t re add stuff and not to mess up ur list bc it causes issues.

But what’s confusing is that ppl have been emailing them and they are saying they can only add back what has been rated or tagged (due to lost disk or smth)!? So now there saying we won’t get our actual reading list back

so this put us in a situation that do we start all over or not?

And all i want to know if i can re add my list again bc atp idgaf and i’m tired of waiting but is it okay to do so? I dont wanna end up re adding stuff and then magically everyone got their list back and then i screw up my process of getting my list back .

I could email ts to them but like i need to hear everyone else’s thoughts

Has anyone else had their in progress "reading" list seemingly restored to their "want to read" list?

Hey everyone. I’m a fellow user who’s been on the site since 2019, and I had a reading list with over 12,000 entries.

After seeing what some Mangago users were saying about waiting for data restoration, I decided to be patient. For a while, that actually paid off since I got a couple hundred titles back (a mix of rated and unrated).

At some point, though, the restorations stopped entirely. I reached out to the webmaster to ask about the status, and this was their response:

“One of our data disks crashed and we lost part of the user data several days ago. We can only restore manga that were rated or tagged when added to the list.”

So… yeah. That’s basically the situation.
Either it’s time to drop the site and touch some grass, or start rebuilding our lists manually because everything else is gone.

My lists are still gone. I saw some answers in other threads that you need to email admins to restore them. Anyone knows the email address? ╥﹏╥

Im using another browser to ask this question hopefully it gets fixed soon. Is someone else experiencing this? or is it just me?

Hi, I’ve been on the site for a minute and I just realized that all of my mangoes have been wiped. I’m wondering is there anyway I can go about trying to retrieve them or anyone I could talk to to retrieve them because I’ve been looking on the site, trying to figure that out for the past 10 minutes and I’ve got nothing so if anybody wants to share some grace and help me figure this out that would be greatly appreciated.

Does anybody like someone but get scared to get with them cause you think you might end up loosing feelings fast or like someone else while dating? This is a very big fear I have and another contributing factor to why I’ve always been single.
