You most likely have iron deficiency and low in Vitamin B12. I'd advise you to buy iron and Vitamin b12 supplements. You'll definitely feel the difference within 2 weeks of taking them. I also had this issue but not anymore. But to be sure, go see your GP too. 2 reply

Sugar is a quick cheat to give bursts of energy. I recommend eating fruit if you have it (strawberries, apples, peaches are good choices) but candy bars also give me a boost of energy. For anyone who's interested this is what Mangago looked like back in 2014. We had a version very similar to the one we use today but there was also a button that let you switch to the "old version": the original site shown in the first picture. Also to answer the question, I just stuck with this one and that's it. I miss my old accounts...
